Seminar rules

  1. Can inscription the seminar all students (they must present a copy of the tuition or student card), who make a deposit or bank transfer of € 25 in form of donation to the Foundation, in concept of inscription.
  2. Can inscription the seminar all people who make a deposit or bank transfer of € 35 in form of donation to the Foundation, in concept of inscription.
  3. The attendees to register must use the form enabled on the web and submit the following documentation:
    • Completed and signed application form.
    • Copy of the National Identity Document or Passport.
    • In the case of students copy of tuition or student card.
    • Receipt of the deposit or bank transfer of the payment of the inscription. Indicating in concept: donation seminar and name and surname.
  4. The documentation of the assistants must be sent through the inscription form enabled on this web page before november 10, 2021.
  5. If the assistant does not present the income tax return in Spain, it is admitted that another person donates, in order to benefit from the deduction in the income tax return in Spain. You must provide us with your personal data to send you the corresponding donation certificate. Likewise, it will indicate in the concept of the payment of the inscription: donation seminar and name and surname of the donor.
  6. The inscription process of the assistants will end when the Foundation sends a confirmation email.
  7. Assistants will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in submitting their application.
  8. The Foundation is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delivered late the requests.
  9. To issue the nominal certificates of attendance, attendees must register in person and attend the seminar.
  10. The Foundation will not cover the expenses of the assistants caused by their assistance at the seminar.
  11. The Foundation is not responsible for the content, data and opinion of the rapporteurs and assistants to seminar.
  12. If there is not enough quorum, the seminar will be declared desert and 100% of the donation will be returned to the assistants.
  13. The seminars do not admit changes or cancellations, except if the seminars themselves are permanently canceled. This will be the only cause of return of the donation effected.
  14. The assistants attending the seminar authorize the Foundation to obtain images, as well as to record totally or partially during the celebration of the seminar, giving their consent so that their name and image can be used in the promotion and dissemination of the seminar, all possible ways, giving all rights related to the use and dissemination that the Foundation considers appropriate to execute, without the right of the assistants to receive any economic compensation, provided that its use is exclusively related to the seminar.
  15. The signature of the application form implies the acceptance of all the bases described in this call.
